In the top 3 of the best tarte flambées in the world! If the tartes flambées are really very good, it is on the other hand the most rustic service in the world (that's why I give it 4 stars instead of 5). When I go with friends, I warn them before and during the service we have a good laugh because the owner's imagination seems limitless (faucet out of order so as not to serve the carafe of water, the little waitress who explains that the boss keeps the tips for herself, TPE very often breaks down). You've been warned, but we're going back anyway because the homemade tartes flambées are excellent and ultimately we don't care about the rest, hopla it's Alsace.
