In Spring 2023, I wanted a country restaurant to celebrate my 80th birthday on Saturday evening, August 19. The KEJ by its frame seemed to me everything, especially since we had already had lunch with pleasure. So I reserved for 30 people, the dirty was not privatized, but the aperitif was to take place under the reserved tone. In the meantime I had the opportunity to rent for this same weekend, the very beautiful holiday hall of Saint Didier des Bois. I didn't want to say to the KEJ, who has gladly changed the 30 meals on site for take-away sale. It was not very simple to organize, but everything is arranged, and it was very good and very copyy. A magnificent and quiet place on the banks of the Seine. Visit several times a year (Sunday lunchtimes in the sun on the terrace according to your wishes . Excellent cuisine with a wonderful team. We were welcomed very pleasantly. In a super pleasant setting on a terrace on the banks of the Seine. The meal is hearty and the staff is very attentive... Really I recommend it to you at 200% because the kitchen is homemade, very good... Especially don't miss this address. Thanks to the team for having us spend such a good evening!!!
So beautiful place, seen between the rocks and the Seine.. Old diner, great reorganizations! Very good sound, between outside and inside... Well, the dishes are to kill, the locals, vegetables, meats, pigs... Tt is totally excellent!! Counted in 20 and 30/40€ of budjet, but it's worth it... To enjoy! Since I've been there twice! Quiet little evening in love for our 7 years. Very good reception, very pleasant waitress, famous meal (salade of gizzards and grilled pig not to mention the dessert of the excellent chef ; all accompanied by a very tasteful Bourgueil... We'll talk about this restaurant around us and come back for sure.
A warm and friendly welcome, impeccable service without being intrusive, products of very good quality, superbly cooked and in reasonable quantity, all in a bucolic setting. Prices are reasonable for quality!! We will return with pleasure!!
