Just want to give a big shout out to keleys today they went above and beyond any expectation....We ordered from skip for lunch and when we opened the bag my husband's chicken wings were not there I called the restaurant and they took ownership of the mistake and replaced them immediately..not only did they replace the chicken wings with fresh chicken wings but they replaced the whole order and even through in our favourite spinach dip and a special little treat which none of this was what we were expecting ...They also went out of their way to deliver it to us... Well done Kelseys... This is what we recommend kelseys to everyone and will continue to support them .. Service: Delivery Meal typ...
Best wings I’ve had from any Kelsey’s. Service was decent. Atmosphere was pretty busy with a lot of little kids running around in the bar area. I generally like to sit in the bar area because it’s quieter. Kids are usually seated with family in the dining room. Called to check wait time for dinner was told that they were full and could not give me a wait time at this time because they were full ... Was willing to wait a hour or so and said this as person on phone answered that might work or try another night ... Was in the area again so stopped by for lunch. Glad to see Brooklin still smiling behind the bar. Customers all seemed to be happy. Great atmosphere. Manager Shaun stopped by to say hi.
