Restaurant was not full... took min to get drink order... appetizers came out slowly one by one and not together. Two of people were half done their meal before the rest of us got our meals. Birthday cake was given without staff singing happy birthday. It was simply slapped in front of birthday girl with a wack of forks. No one asked if our family wanted dessert but at the same time we wanted to leave due to poor service... fries for all meals were cold and one of our vegetarian appetizers (buffalo cauliflower had a chunk of chicken in it). No compensation for mistake or extremely slow service. To get refills was painfully slow...
Lovely waitress, good manager. Unfortunately the food was not quite hot or warm and the hostess was not very friendly. She ignored quite a few questions and people on their way in. Also the volume level was supremely high and the restaurant used their music to try and mask the volume of all the children screaming. Many people around me were not quite satisfied with the ambiance and quality of the food. The waitress was very nice, checking in on us very much. However my overall experience was not wonderful as my food order was not hot and the deals were limited to choices. Not very diverse in their meal planning.
It was Valentines so I was expecting to have a nice dinner. It took a long time for our appetizer and meal to show up. For such a busy night it almost seemed as though they were under staffed or overwhelmed. As nice as our server was we could hardly get a hold of her to ask her for things. We had to ask other staff. I ordered a well done steak and it came rare. I had to send it back, I could not even cut it as it was so rare. They did bring me a new steak, but did not offer a discount on the meal. I was not overly impressed, but did not let it spoil a nice evening out with my wife.

Overall experience was good, however, the Chicken Goat Beet salad was disappointing. A sprinkle of goat cheese and the lettuce was not as fresh. I have been at Kelsey's Woodbine Hwy location and their Goat&Beet salad is a Thank you!

Pretty good place. Not too crowded on a Saturday night, good service and good food (get the chicken wings... trust me) Will be back again... soon
