My My mom took me to lunch today fomom ordered the sandwich Trio. After 40 minutes I had to ask the waitress to bring my mom her Broccoli soup.The waitress was not friendly. Seemed like she hated her job.After 1 hour I asked the waitress if she could give us take out containers and the bill with our food. The reason being is that we were going to watch my daughter's hockey game which was 1.5 hrs after the time we got to the restaurant.It was 1 hr 10 mins when we got our food. We went out for a dinner and we were so excited to go to Kelsey's as we don't have one in our town anymore.First off it took us 45 minutes to get our order as several people who came after us got their food before us....Second off ...we had to return the chicken wings twice and still were undercooked and greasy.The poutine was undercooked and just full of oil and cold in the middle....gravy was that from a can.My order..was the fajitas and I was so excited except when it came ....the pan was not sizzling..the vegetables were mushy and the chicken was so dry it did not look like chicken at all.So disappointing. Was looking forward to Kelsey’s dinner and was thoroughly disgusted and disappointed, we ordered chicken wings and they were still raw inside, sent back got another and was the exactly same thing! Couldn’t even eat them! Poutine was cold with fries that tasted like old oil, canned gravy, just gross.. plus we waited 40 mins to see people that came in after us get served their food before us… never ate the food and they only gave us 20% off, we had to pay for food we didn’t even eat! I ordered the Thai curry bowl and it tasted not fresh. Not to my surprise, had diarrhea and had to run to the bathroom twice before even leaving the restaurant. Our server was a b!tch to us, clearly not in a good mood, no service, and we had to ask for everything. Food took way too long to come. I've been to Kelseys multiple times in multiple locations. This is the 1st one that I'm really disappointed with.

Service was horrible, they didn't even have steak and didn't notify me until much after if ordering our food . Didn't get our drinks until about 40 mins later , the service sucked, food sucked , the atmosphere sucked and our bill, omg, not worth the food or service or experience.
If you want a great place to go for a bite….. Go to Kelsey on Gardiners Road in Kingston. The staffs there are awesome. Fantastic food as well.Parking: Lot of parking space and don’t have to pay for parkingKid-friendliness: Great place to have dinner with our kids
