I ordered curbside pickup, which I do every week and usually spend over $50. However, this time they didn’t bring my order out. I ended up going inside to retrieve it, only to find it sitting on the counter, cold and unattended. They apologized but mentioned that they simply didn’t want to bring it outside. This happened on Sunday, December 3, at 5:50 PM. To make matters worse, some items were missing from my order. Overall, the service was terrible.
You know what to expect, so there's no reason to pretend to be surprised by the absence of fresh vegetables and farm-to-table options. However, the beer is cold, the staff is truly delightful, and enjoying that first pint of draft on the patio in the sunshine—15 months after Dougie kept us indoors—was simply perfect.
The food was average; I had the nachos with beef, but there was hardly any beef on them. Not worth the extra cost for that. On the bright side, the beet salad was fantastic. However, I think they really should have turned on the heat—it was so cold in there that I had to eat with my coat on.
The bar staff are fantastic, and those two ladies definitely deserve a raise! (Just to clarify, I’m not related to them or affiliated with Kelsey’s in any way.) They are the reason we keep returning. The drinks and conversations are always enjoyable! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great food and excellent service! We had a wonderful meal here, just what you’d expect from a Kelsey’s, which is crucial when dining at a chain restaurant. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner—you won’t be disappointed!
I recently visited with my wife after several years, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was prompt and friendly. We initially went to use some old gift cards, but we definitely plan to return.
Foods always great, the staff always friendly, they do need to change the cleaner or sanitation of the tables. What ever they are using leaves a very sticky

You can't go wrong with their spinach dip. Server was super friendly.
