Ordered takeout tonight and it was the worst service and meal I've had. Our curbside request was never delivered so I had to go inside and ask for it. The problems with the food was only discovered once we arrived at home. Our chicken beet salad was missing the chicken and both our rib dinners were semi-raw and hard. We weren't able to eat them.Called customer service who didn't seem to care about our issues and basically said someone will call us back but never did. It's also a slap in the face that their ordering app asks you to tip even though you have no idea how your food will be served and I'm the one picking it up!I will not be ordering from here again and I'm still waiting for someon...
My friend took me out to Kelsey's for a Birthday Beer and Dinner on Sat. Nov. 18. We're becoming regulars and love this place and the staff. Dakota was our host and continued to treat us very well. Thank you for the great service and making my birthday outing a great experience.

Great service right from the start! A warm greeting before being seated. My go to balsamic chicken is always delicious! And the fam always enjoys their meals! Servers are always attentive and food came fairly quick. Always a fun night out at Kelseys!
One of my favourite spots in town! Foods great and the service is even better. Maya was my server last time I was there and she blew me away with her kindness and incredible charisma. Truly a one of a kind waitress.

The attractive bartender with the tattoos and piercings is the best! I think his name is Dakota. He’s very attentive and my order is accurate every time!
