Good service, all the food is great except for the ribs over half the ribs are not edible. Been to this restaurant many times while travelling to visit family and never had a bad meal. The booths were in terrible shape. Threadbare covers on the seats and it was dirty from the night before. we got to our seats at 11:45 AM and the restaurant only open 11 so they did not have a rush before we got there. Complained about the meal after I paid the bill, the server was really good but not sure if we will return. Women’s bathroom is also not clean or organized. They did offer us a free dessert but we did not want anything.
Service was amazing , quick and Victoria was so pleasant. Been to this location a few times. Brought 2 doctors to close and important transaction and they had a great time. My only complaint when I ran into Victoria at another restaurant she didn’t even say hi , only reason why she lost a star ?
Our server Victoria was kind and courteous and prompt. We were greated at the door with a friendly smile and received our meal quickly...then had a very nice conversation with her about our animals...I give Victoria 5 stars for her
Best steak ive had in a long time. Medium rare to perfection. Our server Victoria was a pleasure,friendly and outgoing. Only 3 stars on atmosphere as they were replacing the benches in the booths as we were eating.
Our server Liz was incredibly attentive, and the management took the time to check on our satisfaction. The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We would definitely dine at Kelsey again!
I was not impressed with my experience. The food was just mediocre, and the noise level was excessively loud. Additionally, we didn't receive the table we had reserved.
Macayla is one of the best servers at Kelsey’s! We enjoyed some of the best wings, which were perfectly spicy. The atmosphere was fantastic! We had a wonderful time!
Our server, Victoria, was fantastic! Our drinks arrived quickly, and dinner followed shortly after. We had a great time and can't wait to come back soon.
