First thing is they advertise delivery on google, and they don't deliver. The manager I spoke with said that's a corporate issue and there was nothing they could do about it. Try calling corporate and getting it fixed, I am at work and cannot leave so had to have a friend grab me something. I didn't get my side salad, and the side of gravy I ordered was spilled all over the bag and hardly any left in the container as the lid wasn't put all the way on. When I called she admitted that they forgot the side salad and she apologized about the gravy and asked if I wanted to come in so they could fix it. No I cannot, I am at work. Used to … we get a large order every week to 10 days. The last two orders were terrible don’t know what’s going on over there, but if the food and service continues to stink, their move to the new location is going to kill them. The food last night was just terrible. I took pictures; it was so ridiculous. For $50+ dollar family orders, this is inexcusable … guess we’re going to have to start driving to Lindale.
The customer service was great and so was the food, but the main reason why I go to the Golden Chic is for the sweet tea but the sweet tea tasted unsweetened including the gallon that I bought was sweet. So whoever does your sweet tea is really ****.
That's good food... they fight to keep good employees... Lines are super long. Big tea and tender... always ask for napkins or services, they never automatically leave them in the bag..ever double check-bf. It's better to be safe

Very friendly staff. Helpful with various options original or spicy. I was not sure what to order so that she offered me some samples of the spicy season. We had heard about the roles and we were not disappointed.
We recently visited the new location, having only been to the old one a few times. They were really busy, but they handled everything wonderfully! We had a great experience and will definitely return!
The only complaint was the gravy is usually thin. The dirty rice is a favorite of ours and the chicken strip were good
