Great customer service. Great pepper steak. The only reason why they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rice tasted a little pinched. I'm not letting myself get back! Wonderful, hard-working staff! Here came after a terrible experience in the Japanese restaurant Kobe and another terrible experience in the Copper Canyon Grill (all at the same night) Thank you for bringing us forward and restoring our faith in customer service in this area.
I had a cold cut sub a few weeks ago from there and a House Steak sub tonight. They are overstuffed which is good, BUT both were terrible. The cold cut had a HUGE thick piece of ham on it and the House steak was salty and had a terrible after taste to it. Very, very, very disappointed. I will NOT eat there again.
I worked in the area and stayed at 12:30, was very busy, but my chicken and broccoli was ready in about 10 minutes, there were many people working. good price, came to $7.15 for the lunch box and water bottle. It was really good and huge, I will definitely be back while I work here.
I ordered a combo shrimp egg foo Yung. It comes with fried rice and a egg roll. I received white rice and no egg roll. This was the second time this happened to me at Kenny's. Check your order. Very frustrating
