We were there for a late lunch after doing some siteseeing and were seated outdoors. It was an interesting setting...like dining in your own backyard, chickens and all; but since it was a hot day, it wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. The staff was friendly and the service and food were good. They provided live entertainment, which we could have done without and may have hung around a little longer had it not been for that. But we had no complaints with the food and the service.
The food was excellent, and it’s a really relaxed spot to take a break. It was one of our best meals on the island! We stopped here while driving south of Kona, just as the rain was starting. We were lucky to sit in the covered back patio area, which is beautifully surrounded by plants and trees. The service was fantastic, and our food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
Pork tacos, ono fish and chips w panko crust, and a side of pineapple coleslaw. The end. Delicious. Halt the breaks! It’s right on the main highway! The outdoor seating is darling … and it rained to make it a perfect setting! The waitresses were literally running around to be quick and provide good service.

Fantastic coffee shop. Had an Ice white Mocha and bagel. Staff was friendly and helpful. A must try if you are visiting.
