We ordered our food which took forever to get and the salad which we had already eaten had hair in it, which we had to buy a whole new salad dressing for because the one they gave us was disgusting. At one point the restaurant locked the doors to slowthe flow of customers entering because they were ?busy?. The other employees were super rude and were unhelpful. They had nosilverware so we had to go next door to a Jersey Miles to get some. Props to jersey mikes for being prepared.
Update: They also charged my coworkers card $9000 extra dollars when they cashed out the meal this review was posted for. They happily fired them employee but she had to fight corporate for her $25 back after the mistake was finally corrected. Don't order the strawberry banana smoothie. It would be nice of me to say that it tastes like the corn surype in a snow cone. No real fruit. Straight down the drain.
Was taken aback by a staff member when my wife and kids and I walked in at 720pm and told they were no longer seating because they closed at 8. Feel free to check your cameras. Its 2/28/2022 720pm. We turned around and walked out with 2 very sad hungry little boys. Will not be back (and we were regulars). That said past experiences were wonderful.. sorry but this deserves a 1 star.
2021 was an extremely hard year for me and for many others as well but Kerby’s was a place I could clear my head and take a moment for myself. The food is great and it’s always clean! The staff at Kerby’s is the friendliest group of people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting over my visits and they each made an effort to remember my name and order. Eh, my bosses like to come here occasionally . The food quality is about what you'd expect. It's pretty decent, though I find it to be somewhat expensive for the quantity of food served. The Greek salad dressing is tasteless in my opinion.. overall id stick to Leo'sOur service is generally solid though with frequent drink refills and short waits on the order.
As many times as I have been in this plaza, I've never noticed this Kerby. Well, that changed today it will become a go-to! The waitress had lots of suggestions thankfully her best was zucchini fries! YAAAASSSS! Be sure to get some with your order! They come with T-ziki sause. My newest guilt free obsession!
Went here for dinner at 5:30 there was no one in the restaurant and yet our food was served cold and our waitress never came back to check on us. I will not be back!!!
