Nice big park in the centre of Burgess Hill. Great for dog walking and strolls. Lots of hard paths available for prams, trolleys and wheelchairs and to help you avoid the wet muddy grass if it's been raining. There's limited parking spaces by the tennis courts and these are free for four hours. There's also parking all around the whole park but it's always very full everywhere. There's a lot of seating available, with lots of remembrance benches all around and within the remembrance garden. There's a big children's play and activity area as well as a small basketball court area, perfect for one on one practice, some public exercise equipment and a large skate park area. A wonderful playground with plenty of space and even a trampoline! There's convenient free parking, and a charming café to enjoy. The flower beds are a delight, making it a truly enjoyable experience to walk my grandson through the area.
My sister and I took our mom out for a birthday celebration, and it was wonderful! Cerrie and her team were incredibly friendly and even went the extra mile by baking a birthday cake for my mom. We will definitely be returning!

This is a fantastic park for kids, featuring plenty of greenery for picnics and a kiosk where you can get ice cream.
