This was my fourth time in this hotel. You are always treated kindly. The pampering breakfast is really the best I know. The selection is very large and everything tastes good. I always choose this hotel because it is right next to the cable car and is perfectly accessible from the train station. In the afternoon there is the delicious Genuss.Jause which is included. There are so many television programs. The luggage could be stored while I couldn't check in yet. It was always possible to have a great and interesting conversation with Ms. Kerschdorfer. Overall we had a great experience. Great location, lovely room, sauna and most of the staff is pretty friendly (had a great experience with the waitress). That being said, the man at the reception is the only negative experience we had. Not really friendly and we didn't feel welcomed in his presence. Let's add the benefit of a doubt though that perhaps, there were some other external reasons for his attitude which lasted a couple of days. I can still recommend this place and would come back!
