Wundervolles Hotel!! Tatsächlich ein echtes Wohlfühl-Hotel! Top Service! Ich habe heute Abend kurz angerufen und spontan eine wunderbare 40 m² Junior-Suite bekommen. Der Hotelier ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat mir sofort alles erklärt: Tiefgarage, Frühstücksraum, Sauna und ein schönes Restaurant in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist nur ein Frühstückshotel. Auf das Frühstück morgen früh bin ich gespannt. Laut bisherigen Bewertungen soll es hervorragend sein. Die Saunalandschaft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Chef hat extra für mich heute Abend noch die Sauna eingeschaltet!!! Die Liegen in der Sauna sind die bequemsten, die ich jemals ausprobiert habe!!! Sogar mit Kopfkissen! Es gibt Fruch...
This was my fourth time in this hotel. You are always treated kindly. The pampering breakfast is really the best I know. The selection is very large and everything tastes good. I always choose this hotel because it is right next to the cable car and is perfectly accessible from the train station. In the afternoon there is the delicious Genuss.Jause which is included. There are so many television programs. The luggage could be stored while I couldn't check in yet. It was always possible to have a great and interesting conversation with Ms. Kerschdorfer. **Zimmer:** Super schöne, saubere Zimmer – für diesen Preis fast unschlagbar.
**Aktivitäten in der Nähe:** Das Schwimmbad in Stumm ist sehr familienfreundlich, und der nur wenige Kilometer entfernte Achensee ist eine Reise wert. Die traumhafte Landschaft lädt zum Wandern ein.
**Essen und Getränke:** Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und meiner Meinung nach völlig ausreichend.
**Besondere Hinweise:** Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal, auch der Chef ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen; hier wird Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben. Ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!
Overall we had a great experience. Great location, lovely room, sauna and most of the staff is pretty friendly (had a great experience with the waitress). That being said, the man at the reception is the only negative experience we had. Not really friendly and we didn't feel welcomed in his presence. Let's add the benefit of a doubt though that perhaps, there were some other external reasons for his attitude which lasted a couple of days. I can still recommend this place and would come back!
