Service was simply overwhelmed. About 30 students came after us and, even though we had ordered beforehand, they were all served beforehand. A query as to whether the order would be processed after the order was received was ignored. I mentioned twice more that this was hardly the right approach. There was a reference to the long cooking time of the chicken kebab we ordered. Incomprehensible because in front of our eyes various students who had ordered after us left the snack bar with chicken kebab.
Der Döner-Teller war großartig. Der Jumbo-Kebab für 9,50 Euro war ein ganz normaler Kebab (zumindest so, wie er normalerweise in anderen Geschäften in Ulm für 6,50 Euro erhältlich ist) – also ein absolutes Abzocke! Gastfreundschaft habe ich nicht gespürt. Oh, wenn du zahlst, frag nicht nochmal, was dein Freund getrunken hat, sonst hörst du ein langes, genervtes Seufzen von der Kassiererin. Ich wusste nicht, dass schwarzer Tee extra 2 Euro pro Tasse kostet. Service: Vor Ort essen.
Das Essen in diesem Restaurant war wirklich hervorragend! Der Service war schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben sich um alle unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Die Atmosphäre war jedoch nur durchschnittlich. Es fühlte sich ein wenig unpersönlich an, und die Einrichtung könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Insgesamt war es aber ein positives Erlebnis dank des exzellenten Service. Ich empfehle, die Speisen auszuprobieren!
The Iskender (13.50€ includes a few slices of tomatoes on top. I mentioned that the 4 slices of tomatoes cost 2 euros, despite objections on my part. The Iskender beef was very very hard, overdone, unpleasantly seasoned and tough. After dinner we felt very bad. We ate the portion of Iskender for two. If you like large portions of poor quality... The kebab was not good at all. We even felt really sick from the kebab meat, which also looked very strange. After a few small bites, we had to throw it away. I can't recommend it there at all. There are clearly much, much better kebabs out there. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
