After an additional 15 minutes of waiting to reach the cashier, who seemed overwhelmed with the workload, he asked what I had ordered. I repeated my request for the 8 hard rolls. Just as he was about to get them, a female staff member intercepted him and informed me that they couldn't sell me the rolls. I explained that I had placed the order 15 minutes earlier and that I had purchased rolls there in the past without any issues. At this point, I had been waiting for 25 minutes, and it was frustrating to be told now that I couldn't buy them.

Went in today for the first time and was treated like VIP...little ole me. Christian, who rung up my order, was super kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I have the exact wrap I saw on Yelp. He also chit chatted while keeping the line moving (very popular place btw, get there early) while I waited for my sandwich. He gave excellent recommendations for next time. For this visit, I had a DELICIOUS wrap with scrambled egg, steak, hash browns, cheddar cheese, onion and peppers. And grabbed some mouth-watering bagels to try later.Definitely worth checking these guys out. A+ for food, service, and ambience.
The operation here is completely disorganized. I came in at 10:25 to order two simple bagel sandwiches and ended up waiting for 15 minutes while watching other customers' orders being taken and completed. After 15 minutes, my order was finally called, but the man at the register got confused and handed it to another woman with a large order. The girl who had taken my order then asked if I was still waiting to order. I told her no, I had already placed my order, and she asked me again what it was, only to inform me that it was "coming up." After waiting for a total of 25 minutes, I decided to walk out.
I placed my order and noticed that white customers who arrived after me were served and left while I was still waiting. The young white cashier had a really negative attitude towards Black customers but was friendly with everyone else. It took 15 minutes for my food to be ready, while other customers from different backgrounds were served quickly. This experience felt discriminatory. I would advise you to save your time and money—I'm never coming back!

This place is very popular. It was their Yelp reviews that made me give it a try.They are cheerful group. Love their job kind of sunshine. I was going for two bagels and walked out with 6 bagels, cream cheese, and dessert. It was the ambiance and not being pressed to buy more items.These bagels were so fresh. They were not dry nor chewy.It was perfect! It will be my go to for bagels from now on.
I’ve tried to give Kettleman’s an extra try every time I’ve gone because I’ve been disappointed, but the quality just isn’t what it used to be. Bagels are fine, avoid bagel sandwiches at all costs. For a $6-10 sandwich, you’d expect some substance.The other location is much better.
I absolutely love their bagels and sandwiches! However, I find one of the cashiers to be quite unfriendly. If the manager or owner is reading this, I hope they know who I mean. She never smiles and often seems annoyed that you’re there.
Fantastic bagels that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. This is the best bagel shop around, with a wide variety of flavors, all within a 20-minute drive from Piscataway. It's our favorite spot for morning bagels!

The best bagels I've ever had, without a doubt. The service was outstanding. It's always busy, which speaks to how great it is. I highly recommend it! They also have a nice variety on the menu.
