Just went to our only KFC in West Sacramento on Westacre Rd. Haven't been there for a long while because their service sucked. So today I decide to go there and order my usual, 4 crispy breasts and 2 large fries. I was told by the lady at the window that they had NO BREASTS AT ALL and it would take 30 to 45 minutes to make some fresh. By now I'm pissed! This is the same **** that happened before and why I stopped ordering food from this location. If the manager can't do her job, then fire her ass and hire somebody who is competent to do the job right. I wish this was the end of the story but it's not. I only go to this restaurant because it's convenient for my job, but I've had consistent issues with the quality of my orders. The food is often greasy and doesn't taste fresh at all. It's frustrating. I honestly think they should consider closing down. They seem to believe their food is exceptional, and they don’t take responsibility when you return food to show them the problems.
I had a bad experience once before at this KFC AND ITS BEEN A LITTLE OBER 6 months so I thought I would try again today.Bad, bad, BAD DECISION!I ordered two things only and both things were a disaster.The chicken pot pie was dehydrated with no sauce inside. Then the apple pies had salt all over it! SALT! Really?No stars at all if they didn't force me to put one to post.
Customer service sucks in this KFC location. A lady with Indian accent took my order in drive-thru today, she was not even talking to me, lol. She was rude and unwelcoming against my polite greet. Very disrespectful employee. I work around the area and take my lunch there, but not anymore because of that employee, sorry KFC.

Great food, not a long wait. Friendly atmosphere. My only complaint would be that there seemed to be a lot of homeless people all around this location, miss drugs in plain sight! So my advice to those of you with children would be to just be careful! Once you're inside you're alright. Great customer service though!
Their restaurant is good, I liked the food and an Indian girl works here. I liked her very much. He helped me a lot, actually my phone was not charged and I asked at the counter to charge my phone, but he refused. Then the girl came and told me the slot for charging.
I sat down to eat and noticed a few high school students giggling nearby. Other than that, my experience was pretty uneventful. Once I finished my meal, I got up and left.
The food is consistently great, but at this location, we've had to wait 20 to 30 minutes because they seem to be out of dark meat. The staff, however, is very friendly.
