I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, likely because the staff seemed very young and inexperienced. The food was also subpar and tasted old. I ordered chicken tenders for my son, and they were hard, as if they had been left out for hours—so unappetizing that we ended up throwing them away. This was our last visit to this place. Save your money and avoid dining here. If I could give it negative stars, I definitely would.
I ordered a famous bowl, but it appeared to be partially eaten, and there were only two pieces of chicken in it. Additionally, they forgot to include my mashed potatoes in the drive-thru, so I had to go back in to retrieve them. I also attempted to get help from one of the employees, but he couldn't hear me as he was wearing earbuds while putting away biscuits.
Ordered a chicken sandwich. Not upset they were busy and like was long. What upset me is when I ordered the sandwich I was told at the window a ten minute wait instead of when ordering. Then I wait at the front and the wait was 20 minutes... Update fromlast visit and it's still bad. Attached a picture of the tiny price in my box. The size of the dipping sauce
Everything was fantastic! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They attended to us promptly and with great positivity. Our food was freshly prepared, served hot, and just as we had requested. I really loved this KFC and I will definitely be returning! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I just ordered the family 12-piece meal and I'm really disappointed. The chicken isn't the same as it used to be; all the pieces in the bucket were cold in the middle, undercooked, and stale! $30 is way too much for this. I'll be attaching some pictures.
Was really dirty to where I had to clean my own table. Drink station filthy as well as the front counter. I live down the street from it but I just rather go to Popeyes and do the extra drive. I would not recommend this place at all.
I absolutely love KFC! The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
