As a loyal customer who regularly uses the KFC app, I was disappointed during my recent visit. I wanted to take advantage of a three-piece meal promotion that was advertised at $7.99, down from $9.49. However, when I went through the drive-thru, I was told I had to come inside to redeem it. Upon entering, the staff informed me that this location didn't have a scanner for app discounts and suggested I visit another KFC not owned by the same franchisee to get my discount.
I asked to speak with the manager and suggested that they could simply adjust the price using a button on their POS system. The manager dismissed my suggestion, claiming they didn’t have that option available and implied it...
I am giving 1 star because I've never been to a KFC that won't add shredded cheese to a chicken sandwich. the manager says they aren't allowed to put cheese on a chicken sandwich but why do they have cheese on the chicken Littles if thats true? it dosent make any sense. and I won't be back to this location because of that. dumbest thing I've ever heard. even after saying I'd pay extra for the cheese.
The food is quite good, but I'm frustrated with not receiving everything I've paid for. Each time I order and pay extra for sauce, it never arrives. I don't even get the standard sauce that should come with my meal. It's disappointing; just make sure to complete the order correctly. Additionally, we also didn't receive the fries that were supposed to come with our meal. It's quite frustrating.
This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The dining area is as filthy as the bathroom. I thought employees at dunking doughnuts were rude. This place is worse. Food is bad everytime. Where are upper management don't you even care??? I go to the kfc in palm harbor totally different.

I visited the drive-thru and the food was excellent. However, I was disappointed by the strong smell of marijuana coming from the employees. It's surprising, as it's not just the younger staff. I had my children in the car with me, which made it even more concerning.
The staff was courteous and attentive. The chicken was delicious. We tried their new french fries, but they were a bit greasy for our liking. However, everything else was outstanding. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the service and the food.
Ordered from uber eats I was missing combo side, bbq sauce, kfc sauce. Not really sure how you forget a combo side I understand the sauces.2 stars because you tried but failed miserably.
I recently discovered a dish called The Perfect Bowl, and I'm absolutely captivated! It includes mashed potatoes, corn, popcorn chicken, gravy, and cheese. Amazing!

You taste more the grease than the actual chicken. $20.35 for 8 mini pcs of chicken ... Such a steal.
I really love their $5 menu! The staff is welcoming, and the food is excellent.
