I prefer my home cooking, even though couple of times per year, I grave for some good Kentucky fried chicken. The last time I bought a barrel of chicken from that outlet, it was disgusting, let alone what they classify as a piece, was hardly a piece. Today, 02/07/22 at around 8pm, again I went for a barrel of 18 pieces of chicken, it was worst than the previous time. Just oily pieces of pure rubbish. If you are in the mood for KFC, consider visiting the Barclay/Victoria location. In my opinion, this particular location is one of the worst. Cons include having to wait 30 minutes for chicken, which was overly greasy and had peeling skin due to being over-dunked in oil. The atmosphere is uninviting. However, they did offer a complimentary 2L bottle of Pepsi to make up for the delay. Additionally, this location is one of the few KFCs in Montreal with indoor seating, although it is currently closed due to Covid restrictions.
Received a fly boiled in the gravy sauce. Keep away from kfc on cote vertu. Also last time i ordered some very rude girl didnt send gravy and then shouted that its the systems fault and only resent the gravy 3 hours later and it tasted like she put ashes in. It was bitter and disgusting I threw it out. They are lucky I dont come to the store and pour gravy all over all their lousy employees.
My buddy and I ordered 4, 5$ fill ups with the wrap and sandwich option. The chicken in all 4 was freezing cold, fried were absolutely disgusting as usual, and the cookie that came along was expired and was just some packaged pre made cookie. I am absolutely never EVER returning to this location again.

Your typical fast food joint, this KFC is not very consistant taste wise, even had uncooked fried chicken once. Unlike other KFCs this one tends to be a little more generous on the pieces it serves, giving actual meaty pieces and not just back.
I have eaten KFC through out Europe, Africa and the Americas . This one has my vote as the worst product I have ever had. The fries were so old and cold as to be completely inedible. The salad semi-cooked and the gravy almost frozen
If I had a mixed-breed dog, I wouldn't even consider bringing him to this restaurant. It's very disappointing!!!! I gave it a chance but once was definitely too much.
I'm not a huge fan of KFC really We get it twice a year - my kids like a bucket on their birthdays (classy, huh?).
