I’ve had a terrible experience at this restaurant lately, and I don’t want to return. During my last visit, I was served overcooked, small pieces of chicken. They also didn’t refund me the full amount I was owed. To make matters worse, they forgot to give me a fork, so I had to wait for the refund I was shorted. They even handed me a spoon that had already been opened. Overall, I was really dissatisfied with my experience.
The seating availability has significantly decreased since the remodeling, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. While the food remains consistently delicious, they frequently change the menu and remove popular items. The electronic menu boards are difficult to read and navigate, which can be frustrating and may discourage customers from returning. Additionally, the drink selection is quite limited.
When I arrived, it was just before closing time, and they had run out of the nuggets I had ordered. However, they kindly offered me 6 chicken tenders along with my choice of mashed potatoes. I really appreciated how they handled the situation.
The sandwich was quite plain, consisting only of chicken and bread. There were no pickles or any other toppings. I felt like I wasted my money on this. You really need to improve. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
As long as the chicken has not been sitting in the warmer for hours it's delicious. I have had 1 or 2 experiences with a chicken was hard and dried out on the extra crispy
I had a disappointing experience with the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was really dry, and the bun was covered in burnt bits from the grill.
The service was quick, the food was hot and delicious, and the staff was very friendly.
