While this location does offer a drive-thru and parking, the parking situation is rather awkward. To enter the restaurant, you have to cross the busy drive-thru, which is not ideal. Additionally, reaching the drive-thru requires approaching from a specific direction on the main street, as it can't be accessed from the side. This means you have to make a U-turn to access the oddly positioned drive-thru.
As for the overall ambiance, this KFC feels quite run-down, and the clientele leaves much to be desired. Although I generally enjoy the food, the chicken I ordered this time was disappointingly soggy. The skin lacked any crispiness and was almost slimy, sliding right off the chicken breasts....
I ordered a 3-piece meal with fries and macaroni, a chicken sandwich, and an order of popcorn chicken with fries and a soda. After leaving, I returned three minutes later because one of my fries was missing. The employee at the window, who was probably new, made me show him everything I bought except the sodas and sandwich, as if he didn’t believe I would come back after spending over $25. His supervisor kept my order inside for about two minutes, seemingly unsure about what to do, and told the new employee next time to instruct customers to go inside if anything is missing. If I had been sick with something contagious, both employees could have spread germs to everyone who came through the...
Terrible attitude! My drive-thru order was wrong, so I turned around right away to address it. I was met with hostility and a very poor attitude. As a Regional Manager for a large bank, I was shocked by the rudeness and lack of professionalism. While I don’t fully blame the drive-thru staff—they seemed to reflect a poorly trained environment—this is unacceptable. I give the North Main St location in Providence, RI a D-. Hopefully, they improve soon. God bless.
This KFC in Providence has the best menu and great staff, but the owner is incredibly rude and unpleasant. Thankfully, the kind manager always apologizes for the owner's grumpy behavior. I've been coming to this KFC for years and have consistently experienced excellent service from the staff and managers, which is the only reason I've overlooked the owner's attitude. He really needs to retire and let someone else take over.

I absolutely love the food here, and the prices are quite reasonable too. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I ordered the $20 meal, which includes 8 pieces of extra crispy chicken, 2 mashed potatoes (no substitutions allowed), coleslaw, and biscuits. The chicken pieces are larger than those at other KFC locations. It's definitely worth the drive across town to eat here!
Does anyone actually manage this place? I bought an 8 piece tonight and the chicken tasted just aweful. It’s almost like someone did not put all the proper ingredients in the seasoning. The entire meal was tossed i. The trash. I’m actually contacted an officer I know in providence to have the health department give this place a visit
Everything I go there they forget to give me one of my items. I do not live close to the KFC so I can just go there when they forget things. The managers are nice about it and never give me a hard time but I still
I am Not a KFC fan. Yrs ago I saw pictures of how they basically torture the chixs..not here for it! Don't know how true but I'm not a fried food person but alot of people enjoy it

They really need to get rid of there fries and bring back the potato wedges! There French fries are always cold, never hot when I ordered them!
Delicious chicken sandwich! Almost on par with Popeye's (but not quite). Staff was super nice and our food was ready quickly.
