This is by far the worst KFC I 've ever been to. Tried it a few times, most staff have poor customer service and just mumble and say no when you want to pay to upgrade combos/sides without giving any reasoning as to why. Takes a long time to get fast food from here, you 'd think after waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich it would be fresh but no, it 's re-fried with bits that are too crunchy/hard to even eat.The worst experience was when I ordered online so I could avoid the 15 minute wait in the store. Very disappointed. Placed an online order and they didn't even have what I ordered. This is after I called the store to make sure they had what I wanted. Waited forever for our food. I went in to claim a special that was on a sign outside the front door. The manager told me it was no longer available. When I suggested that he take the sign down because it’s false advertising he yelled at me to leave the store. I couldn’t believe how rudely I was treated.
