I am not a frequent visitor to KFC’s generally, but I have always felt the quality of the food and service to be consistent across the brand and as such very acceptable to me. me and my sister came to the kfc drive through and waited at the order point for five minutes before being acknowledged by a worker, bare in mind it's lunchtime on Monday and we were the only ones in the queue minimum people sit in. we go to use blue light card and told they don't do it anymore however on google it says it's still accepted. We were given our drinks first then waited ten minutes for the rest of our order, the servers were slow and did not seem to care that we were waiting. They did not apologise for the wait at all and did not provide us with napkins, straws or sauces (that were included in our meals). I visited the restaurant on April 21st and will not be returning. I asked a female employee for her name and had to inquire if she was okay as it seemed like the management was talking down to the staff and treating them poorly.

This is a great place to dine! The restaurant is clean and serves delicious hot food. The location is convenient, being near a shopping mall and close to the lakeside.
Honestly this place blows my mind. The staff are unbelievably slow, every single order takes around 3 weeks to make then when it comes it's freezing. DONT DO IT
The management at this restaurant is terrible and needs to be addressed. I overheard the manager, who I believe is named Muhammad, yelling at staff members.
