This has to be the worst KFC I have had in my life. I get KFC every now and then in Melton, usually its alright but never has it made me leave a review, especially one like this. We decided to get 2 box meals. Both with Tango. We ordered on the app and came to collect. My friend went in to pick it up, and a staff member had a go at him for not paying, for my mate to tell him hes paid on the app. We then took our food and left only to realise that we were both given pepsi max instead of tango. The zinger box meal was supposed to have 2 hot wings instead came with 1 normal piece of dry chicken. There were no napkins, no salt sachets, 4 straws for 2 drinks and the food wasnt even hot. Never had a really great experience at this KFC but this beats them all, we have a big order so obviously we know we are in for a wait, when they finally start getting it ready the lad drops a bit of chicken on the floor picks it up and takes it round the back, then he puts our chicken in a tub into a bag with the fries then drops this on the floor. He is annoyed about this and takes it round the back saying he can’t give it to the customer cause we’ve seen him drop it, he starts the order again but then takes this round the back aswell then we go away with our order. The customer experience in this KFC is dreadful. This was my third visit for takeout since the store opened. To be fair, the service is consistent. Unfortunately it is consistently slow and confused from start to finish. Entering this outlet is like going into a time void you have no idea when you'll eventually get out and if you will actually end up with what you ordered in the first place.
I enjoy this fast food as a takeaway, although you can sit and eat. There is a good choice of food to suit all individuals. A good deal and drinks included. I have not been to KFC for some time and now I remember why..manky dry tasteless chicken..noisy.. not that clean and when I asked if the chicken was Halal they could not tell me but were very evasive in answering..not going there ever again
I have NEVER used a KFC in my 75 years. If this is typical, I will never do so again. Chicken pieces had lots of small broken bones in. ‘Chips’ were abysmal. Dips for some reason were missing. Corn on the cob was soggy and inedible.
Honestly, Stevie wonder could do a better job than the workers in there. They always mess my order up!! Those teletubbies need to be taught how to properly do stuff in there

Quite possibly the strangest little KFC I have ever visited, very slow, confused looking staff but I must say the food was quite good when I eventually got it!
