I am not a one to write such negative reviews, but this restaurant is being managed in such a way, I’m surprised the place is still open and the staff remain. Hear me out! I have done extensive searching to find out who the area manager is m, too no avail, I will continue my search! The MANAGER of this store continues to abuse customers, staff and the food production! Quite frankly I am appalled by what I witnessed today! Who is going to step in and stop this lady! I overheard this lady discussing personal business to staff, and shouting I shall get rid! I ordered from Just Eat for the second time and for the second day in a row, the food was not delivered and they refused to refund me. When I called the restaurant, they told me it was Just Eat's responsibility. When I challenged the lady who had an attitude about me being charged for something I did not receive and for using unprofessional delivery services, she hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I will no longer be using this service or Just Eat. I want a refund.
Ice Cold Vegan burger was served to me, it had been briefly heated up in the microwave but was still frozen rock solid in the middle, with half the breadcrumbs missing! When I tried to give it back they said I must find the receipt, which was thrown away. They eventually gave my money back. The place is disgusting inside, old food all over the tables and on the floor. The chips tasted chewy and luke warm. Yuk…
After terrible service a few weeks ago, I was forced into a take-away due to a power cut at my home. This time the service was excellent by a young lady, and she went out of her way to be polite and helpful. Food was my usual Three Piece Variety Meal with an extra large gravy, not great value, but both chicken and chips were fresh in from the kitchen, and tasty.

The chicken was wet and the crispy coating was not crispy. Also we bought a 6 piece bucket in which I think it reasonable to expect a selection of chicken we only got 3 thighs and 3 legs, this is not a selection. Would certainly have to think again about ordering. I have to admit this was a deliveroo order, it was delivered on time and hot.
Staff are very slow and very rude. Manageress is terrible and very rude too. Waited an hour for my meal. They got rude and defensive when I asked why I had to wait so long. I wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy!
The restaurant has excellent service, a tidy establishment, delicious and freshly cooked meals, and a contemporary structure in a convenient area. They also have an easily accessible allergen guide.
I attended this restaurant last week and was greeted by a lovely lady called nadine! We sat in eat and the service was 10/10. We will definitely be back, after the great customer service.

Luke warm ordered a bucket to take away no wipes salt or nothing total waste of money hope i do not have a bad stomach tomorrow never again 1 out of 10 shame on you !!
