As per usual I have had another disappointing meal from this site, over the last 20 years of living in this area and regularly complaining about this site to kfc, resolver, and site management, the chicken on the bone is always undercooked greasy and not crispy. Most of the time no napkins, or salt in the bags even when asking is there any in there. I recently visited KFC in Kettering and ordered through the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized that some of my food was missing. I contacted KFC head office to complain, and they kindly gave me a voucher for another meal. However, my experience at the store last night was disappointing. The drive-thru was backed up, so I went inside to order. There were three Uber Eats drivers at the counter who were not acknowledged, and I had to wait for 15 minutes without being served or even acknowledged. Visit on evening of 24th September car queue not moving at all, entered branch to buy at counter, stood for 15 minutes without me or any other customer being acknowledged by the staff UNLESS a deliveroo or similar driver. It was like the counter staff were there exclusively for them and any other customer was totally ignored, if not regarded as an inconvenience. Complete shambles, not one iota of knowledge of customer service, will not return and would advise others to find an alternative.
The staff at this restaurant were not friendly, they did not make eye contact, smile, or say thank you. My order was also incorrect, but communication barriers made it impossible for me to correct it. Therefore, I ended up just paying for it, sitting down, and eating it. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant constantly misses products off your order. Party Bucket purchased as usual and instead of the usual Popcorn Chicken being missed off it was the Hot Wings this time.. WARNING check your order before you leave site! The manager doesn't care.. KFC remove the franchise from your brand ASAP
Terrible experience. The cash registers were malfunctioning, it took forever to be served, the staff got our order wrong, the chips were lukewarm and extremely dry. Very disappointing, especially considering we paid nearly £17 for two low quality meals.
Just went here for kfc. Went in, told no takeaway inside, just drive through. Big queue at drive through so I checked app to make sure our meals available. No vegan burger, no krushems so we left. Looking at Google reviews too we had a lucky escape!

Miserable staff.Unhelpful. Cold chicken and fries. Will not return. Needs to change before someone is poorly.
Why it us always pink and looks raw. Never enough staff to help. They forget your side orders. Won't return.
