Literally been waiting for my food for 30 minutes on my own Doordash order when my food was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. They told me it was a 15-20 minute wait. What's the point of them accepting Doordash orders when they can't even be on time? Horrible staff. Fire them all and replace them with competent decent people who knows who m good to go their jobs.
Unfortunately, the woman taking orders has a poor attitude, which seems to be a common issue based on reviews I've read here and on Yelp. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to be yelled at through the intercom after simply asking a question about our meal. I’ve come to realize that this is the price we often pay for fast food.
During our Easter outing, we sampled several fast food options, and KFC stood out with the best customer service. After encountering closed locations and technical difficulties at three other restaurants, we decided to give KFC a try. The woman who took our order was incredibly efficient. We will certainly be coming back.
Had a late lunch (2:30 pm); the place was empty, but of fair size. Only inside seating and a drive thru. Parking is part of the larger shopping center. Easy on/off the freeway. Order was quick. I ordered online. And it says its ready to be pick up. Got there at 8:20pm. One person is ahead of me, waited for another 6 minutes. When I asked for my order they said that its not ready. That I have to wait for another 7 minutes. I'm not going back to this KFC branch.
Just left KFC and honestly, the fries tasted like they were two days old, and the chicken nuggets seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. Even the biscuit was rock hard. It’s been disappointing before, but this was truly unacceptable—a total waste of money!
I waited in line for 18 minutes just to order a large mashed potatoes and a soda, but no one came to assist me during that time. The soda fountain for customers was out of order, and when I finally received my drink, it was the wrong one.
I found the cashier lady at drive through So rude . She was staring at me while I was just picking my food up . She doesn’t know any customer Service. Probably she works afternoons. Bit old mid aged . Had a bad Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
After paying a high price for an 8 piece dinner I get it home and have overcooked dry chicken and biscuits that were microwaved and turned into hockey pucks!!
