I ordered through Just Eat, and the app said my food was delivered (though it was late) but it never arrived. I tried calling the restaurant three times, but only reached an answering machine. A rude staff member finally answered and told me to wait, then the manager appeared and told me to take it up with Just Eat before walking away. When I asked if I could just pick up my order while I was there, the staff member replied that Just Eat would refund me and walked off. I will never order from this restaurant again.
I purchased a large boneless share box for my family as a Friday night treat, but unfortunately the chicken was so tough that it was impossible to eat. Even my dog, who usually eats anything, couldn't chew it. The fries were also undercooked. We had to throw the entire meal in the trash, and now everyone is feeling sick. The manager and staff were incredibly rude. I recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.
Considering the price of their meals it's a touch disgusting that you have to buy the drink separately- especially when it's just a tiny can of pop. Chip portions have been halved n you can tell nothing is made to order, they just cook up a ton of strips n leave them on the heater until an order starts. Such a shame it's gone so downhill, a cheeky KFC used to be a nice treat, now it's just a ripoff.
Awful customer service! Avoid avoid avoid! Items missing from order and they just ignore you. Tried contacting their head office (which you can only do via social media) and they just don't care. The worst zinger burger ever! Hardly any zinger sauce, chicken tough as a leather boot and salad looked like it was served the day before. The staff behind the till need training on how to give a service rather than rolling there eyes when making a large order. Definitely won’t be returning to this dive again.
This KFC location is the pinnacle of poor quality. After bringing home my order and discovering that the excessive grease had seeped through the cardboard box, leaving my food a soggy mess at the bottom of the plastic bag, it was clear that this establishment lacks any sense of competence.
went in store and order chicken fillet bucket waited 20+ minutes for order. Owner works the counter I think. Slow,slow service. I only have 1 /2 hour for luch and wasted 20+ miinutes just waiting for food.

Loved the food and quick delivery. Chicken rice box was brilliant and value for money. Wings also was tasty. Will go back
