My experience at KFC was quite disappointing. The staff seemed young, combative, and lacking in basic manners. When I ordered ketchup, I was handed hot sauce instead, and instead of an apology, the employee giggled and showed disrespect, which was further echoed by her coworker. This kind of behavior is concerning and could potentially lead to a serious situation.
The young employees appear to lack the necessary training in customer service and how to treat customers appropriately. If this continues, it could negatively impact the business in the long run.

This restaurant is located in a busy area and is always packed. Sometimes they run out of popular items, like my favorite potato wedges and the big macaroni and cheese. The wait time could be better, as it feels like you're in line forever. Occasionally, they forget to include certain items in your order, which can be inconvenient. However, if they improve their order accuracy and speed up their service, it could easily be a five-star establishment.
BEWARE!! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD HERE! I was charged twice and the employee just acted like it was my fault. Went back the next day and spoke to a manager. She insured me that she would get to the bottom of it. Told me she would call me and never did! I called back today only to be told that it was impossible that I was charged twice and I needed to report it to my bank! Very poor communication and accountability! I suggest you pay cash!
It's KFC, and we all know what to expect. I just had to leave a review because the manager who took our order was fantastic—really friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to him for making our experience so enjoyable, which was a pleasant surprise considering my KFC craving!

Delicious! Everything is fried fresh when you order, making it tender and juicy. I definitely plan to return. The fries were decent, and they offer a drink for $7.99. You can also get spicy wings—8 pieces for just $4.99.
The service is friendly, and you can enjoy the classic KFC menu alongside the added bonus of A&W burgers, root beer, and onion rings. The food is clean and delicious. It's still the best chicken you'll find!
2 young woman with bad attitude and no plates to eat with. The employees are more interested in there conversation then taking care of business. Will never take my family here again.
The staff member was rude and intentionally served me the wrong dish. I didn't realize it until I got home, where I found out that half of my order was incorrect.
