The staff at this KFC were terrible. One woman taking orders in the food area seemed very inexperienced, and the guy taking orders who was shouting them back to her was equally unprofessional. I received my dinner order back at B'Nah, but the 3-piece chicken was wrong and they forgot the coleslaw and potatoes. I waited 28 minutes after ordering. At first, I was told the drive-thru wasn’t working, but after going inside, I saw cars using the drive-thru while I waited. This Western Ave location should be closed. My sister likes this place, but I find their food unpleasant.
food was ok. seems like the company as a whole has gone drastically down hill. it used to be a favorite of mine. my last several visits have been less than great. food was not awful but it was not great. i had a 2 piece combo and my chicken was barely warm. tasted old. it definitely was not fresh. i ordered original recipe and got crispy. not sure if i just have bad timing on my visits and they just don't want to cook fresh.
What a run down dump. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes while all the employes stood outside.tried to go I side and order they made me wait another 10 minutes while the stood in the back, then they wouldn 't make anything I ordered bc they would of had to cook it they don 't close for 4 more hoursFood: 1/5
The absolute worst meal I've ever eaten from KFCThe chicken tasted like it was fried in burnt oil.The wings that were included in the 8 piece bucket looked like they came from a pigeon and if I had eaten them, wouldn't have been more than one bite of meat.BUT, the coleslaw was good...

My friend used to work there, and she came home complaining that the manager threw the food and shouted at people, they ate off the grills they were disgusting, they pay very little, and they just have very bad quality in general.
I recently tried the plain hot wings at KFC, and they were exceptionally fresh and tasty. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The only downside was that the water didn’t taste good. Overall, it was a great experience!
The gravy bowl had already been used by someone else, the chicken was cold, got 3 biscuits that were hard and cold and no corn on the cob like I ordered. Will never go there again. KFC on main St peoria, ill
This is the dirtiest KFC I've ever encountered—absolutely revolting! The food was dry and of low quality. There are no healthy options on the menu, and KFC shows no signs of improving it.
