The coating on the chicken pieces was excessively greasy and dripping with oil. The meat ended up being somewhat soggy from all the grease. The texture of the coating was strange, as if it had been deep-fried a second time, which contributed to its sogginess. I was staying at a nearby hotel and had never eaten at this location before. My local KFCs have never served chicken that was so oily! One thing I find disappointing about KFC in general is that they rarely offer "All Original" pieces.
I have Doordashed from your KFC/AW multiple times to wrong and incomplete orders.Today I went through the drive through and you gave the complete wrong order so I had to come back and get my order. After getting home I noticed you didn't even give the full order! Employees didn't even seem too bugged when explaining.There is no reason to have experienced incomplete and incorrect orders on over 5 different occasions from your establishment in under a year of living in town.
I waited at the counter for five minutes while one employee flicked the lights above the kitchen and two others engaged in conversation, completely ignoring me. Eventually, I left without being served. Honestly, what can you expect from KFC? It was disappointing, just as I anticipated. Overall, it was not a good experience.
Food was good and ready at the time I ordered. The employee was friendly and helpful. Lost a star because never received confirmation the order was ready and the tracking app did not work, just showed a blank screen. Despite the unfavorable reviews, I had a surprisingly wonderful experience at this restaurant last week. It had been years since I last dined at KFC, so I didn't have high hopes. However, the server was very friendly, my order was accurate, and the service was prompt. Most importantly, the food was delicious!
How in the hell is this place still in business and how in the hell do they have a passing green card? This place is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are horrendous. The employees are absolutely morons. Tables are disgusting. Like who would come back twice? Health department is to shut this place down.
They did an excellent job repairing my home. After a storm completely flooded our basement, the team from this company arrived and was ready to get to work right away. I would definitely recommend them.
