The new chicken and mac bowl at this restaurant was only half full, unlike the KFC in Hyannis which fills them up. When I asked the Manager at the Kingston location to refill my bowl or give me a new one, he only gave me a small order of mac and cheese and claimed that's the best they can do. I pointed out that the bowls are supposed to be full based on their commercials, making their advertisement seem misleading. For the price of nearly $9, the bowl should be filled to the top. I will stick with the KFC in Hyannis, as they fill the bowls better. Thank you, Kevin.
I really hate to give a negative review to KFC because I love their chicken, but the experience at this restaurant in Kingston, MA is consistently disappointing. It seems like they are either too busy to keep up or too slow to keep the food fresh. I ordered the $20 big box last night and it was terrible. The biscuits were hard, the chicken was dry, and the fries were tasteless. Kingston, please improve because this restaurant is a letdown half of the time.
No chicken tenders at 5pm. Wings are $4 each so 8 wings are $32. but hot wings are $1 what a mark-up. While waiting for tenders to cook, my 4piece chicken sat in a box...getting cold. no direction in the kitchen, very poor management. What manager?? didnt see one, just some kids poorly trained. No it wasnt busy...
I have visited this restaurant multiple times in recent months. I have placed orders using the app and they have always been ready on time. The food quality is excellent and the prices are reasonable, especially in the current challenging economy. I also used the restroom once and found it to be clean.

I'm not a fast food joint grubber but was on the road and needed food. Usually I dont care for KFC food anymore but this 1 specific location is by far #1 KFC fast food joint I've ever had very clean, very fresh, and most polite service it was great???? ????
The cookies were hard, old, and dry, tasting as if they had been left out for too long. It seemed like nothing had been freshly cooked that day. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I had a fabulous meal at this restaurant. The coleslaw was outstanding - it was cold, crisp, and juicy. I absolutely love it and always make sure to order extra for my BBQs at home.
Was great this time everything fast fresh and delicious at times in past was a miss or hit but last couple time loving it
