Last night at 8:30 PM, I stopped by the drive-through of a restaurant to order chicken gizzards and chicken livers, but they were out of stock. I then tried to get chicken tenders, but unfortunately, they were also unavailable. The only option remaining was chicken breasts. This experience was frustrating and highlights the ongoing poor service we've encountered at this KFC location in Troy. It's not surprising to see that they're currently looking for new management on Indeed, as our experiences have consistently been disappointing.
This was my first visit to this restaurant since they replaced the old one with a brand new KFC. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was delicious, but I found it wasn't spicy enough for my taste—it felt more like a Nashville warm chicken sandwich. Next time, I’ll either try a different sandwich or explore the KFC buffet. They also provide free Wi-Fi at this location.
Will this place ever go out of business? Just curious. This isn't a bash on this particular restaurant it's just like enough already with constant gross chicken joints on every corner. Just go support local there's much better stuff out there.
This is one of the rare KFC buffets I've come across. Unfortunately, the buffet area was closed during my visit, but I have enjoyed their buffet before. The food was tasty, the service was exceptional, and the restaurant was well-maintained.

The biscuits had a lovely aroma, but it wasn't clear that the restaurant only offered drive-thru service. The woman working inside was hard to understand, perhaps because she had a mouthful of biscuits, which felt a bit unprofessional.
Since the pandemic, the restaurant has stopped offering a buffet, and prices have risen considerably. We opted to check out the drive-thru, but after seeing the steep prices, we decided to leave without placing an order.
My biscuits were totally undercooked; I had to send them back. They were pale and flat, and I'm sure the staff realized they weren't ready when they took them out of the oven and put them in my bag!
The staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. They assisted me in placing my order, even though the dining area was closed and I was unable to take my trailer through the drive-thru.

The restaurant is always clean, and the service is excellent—staff greet you with big smiles and are quick to attend to your needs.
The food at KFC is simply unbeatable! It's always delicious. As for accessibility, the restaurant is wheelchair friendly.
