I went to the restroom and found no toilet paper, had to wait 10 minutes for it to be replaced. There was also no soap. The only accessible toilet was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Despite this, we had to eat there quickly as we were pressed for time. The food took another 10 minutes to come out, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant - it seems drive thru customers are served much faster. The food was typical KFC fare. My daughter had trouble finding a clean table and settled for a high table against the wall. The tables were dirty, with food remnants stuck in the gaps between them. We would not eat there again. I needed to meet someone and chose this restaurant for its location. We decided to share some wings as we talked. However, as I waited in the car in a darkened parking lot, I didn't feel safe. I saw rats drinking from the puddles and no one seemed to be going in or out. There were not many drive-through customers either. It's unclear why KFC keeps this outlet open. It doesn't seem to be due to good sales. There may be other reasons for its operation.
I’ve been to this KFC a number of times now I have been consistently disappointed. Staff seem to be poorly trained with customer service and also in the preparation of the food. Chips are always cold and greasy. Time for the franchisee to sell up to someone else who really takes an interest in the business. It’s got the locations for potential to be a real success.
Used drive thru placed an order, Mighty Meal One. Asked if I wanted to go large, said no. Got order, charge for large, which I did receive. But on the chicken, I was missing the chicken strips. Paid 6.59 for two pieces of chicken, leg and thigh, and two tiny pieces of wings, fries and coke. Not worth the drive back as about 10 miles away. . Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Not sure who has responsibility for standards at this place…but they clearly aren’t doing a good job. Poor quality food…..chicken burger cooked to a crisp…..chops old cold and soggy…..no napkins…and no soap in the toilet….I told the staff , they said “ maybe tomorrow”. A food outlet , in a cold flu and Covid spike with no soap. Avoid.
Big queue for food, disgusting toilet with no soap or toilet paper told a member of staff who ignored me, rats in yard we didn’t bother stopping to eat !!!
Had to wait half an hour to be cooked, when I got home it was discussing, I would have taken it back but living eight mile away, I put it in the dustbin,

Awful food, verging on frozen! But one positive there wasn’t anything missing for once! ALWAYS something missing or wrong!
