My husband and I were excited to grab some KFC on our way home from the Range, as we remembered it being delicious. We ordered two pieces of chicken and chips to go, but my husband decided to add an extra piece. We also asked for milkshakes, only to be informed they only had Aero shakes, which we reluctantly agreed to. We paid £14.75 at the window and received a paper bag instead of the usual boxes. The Aero shakes were disappointing, with a strange texture and crushed Maltesers mixed in. They were expensive at £2.50 each. When we got home, we found the chips had an unpleasant seasoning, and were shocked to discover only three meager pieces of chicken in the bag, mostly bones and overcooked....
I used the drive-through today, ordered two items, and proceeded to the window to pay. Paid by card and the food came reasonably quickly. The female assistant opened the food bag and said it 's all there, have a good meal . I drove home, undid the bag and there was only one of the items in the bag! This is now three times out of four visits that the paid-for order had something missing. The staff does not appear to care about the orders, I assume they think we will not drive back to complain. Appalling!
Drive thru, Orderered Only half of the order in bag, phoned up and asked for money back, and was told I could only have my money back if I went down straight away. couldnt go tomorrow, as it was another day and they couldnt give me money then. Manager? didnt know what he was talking about and had to keep asking questions from the other staff Will be complaining to head office
I visited this KFC for lunch on a Friday and found it to be not very busy, so I was served right away. However, I was extremely disappointed with the size of the chicken portion. It was the smallest I have ever had in my 30 years of visiting KFC. I'm glad this is not my local KFC.

Don't bother We planned this stop specifically for kfc (super fast chargers). We used the loo's before ordering. 2 toilets blocked, the other two had no loo roll. I reported it to them and waited. Nothing. No action, no loo roll. So we didn't order.
Do not bother this place is filthy and staff are terrible they are rude and do not care about customer's at all,avoid at all costs the place was empty now I know why if I could give it nil I would.
Stopped here after a long drive for a bite to eat. Although it was busy, food came out incredibly quickly. It was clean and the food was very nice. One of the best KFCs I’ve been in in a while.
Order delivery disgusting I have rang this store like 25 times no one answered all food was wrong and now no one cba to answer the call...RING ME AND SORT THIS I LEFT U A VOICE MESSAGE!

I ordered zinger meals, gravy, got home and half of meals are missing. I asked at pick up window, is that everything. Yes boss he said. I live too far away to go back.
