Okay, so I went Saturday 1 at 5 something and the guy and girls who help me were really nice and friendly. I also ask that my Nashville offers well made and extra crispy and she gave me the whole order fresh and hot it was sooo goood thank you guys I'm sorry that I didn't get any original names. But I think the girl wasn't so sure as well.
Waited 10 minutes in line outside for a sandwich and 2 piece breast and thigh lunch. So much for Fast Food. The sandwich was dry and super thin piece if meat. most bread.The biscuit was so dry it was inedible, The breast and thigh were also a bit overcooked and dry. KFC is supposed to be delicious and juicy. Not here
i order hot wings two apple pies a large dr pepper and they gave us some type of chicken that i did not order. I took it back and got a little attitude because they had to make me the chicken i order. customer service is number one. work on it people. the food was hot and very satisfying, but work on your service.
