went to kfc at 15:20 clock and ordered an 8pc meal and was said it is a 4 minute waiting and pulling. we waited for 20 minutes. there were no other customers on the kfc all the time. when the individual worker apologised and gave a few free things.
by the drive-thru, asked for alternative options for what I ordered. Luckily obliged and fast service in consideration of the sheer amount I ordered (five 10 people.)
