I had been craving a chicken sandwich for 2 weeks and finally decided to get one. What a mistake that was. I usually check my sandwiches before taking a bite, but this time it was different. The entire meal was disappointing - my fries were cold, the lid on my drink was not secure and spilled in my car when handed to me. I knew my sandwich wouldn't be good when my fries were cold and the drink was not properly sealed. Upon opening the sandwich, I found a piece of wood inside, ruining the entire meal. I had hoped to enjoy a quick sandwich before dinner, but I will not be returning to this KFC location again. Unfortunately, their phone line was busy and the traffic on Grand River in Wixom was...
I used to go to this KFC once a week when I worked in Wixom. Just got a 8 pc bucket with two large sides, then order an additional large green beans for $4.49. The large side orders used to be in containers twice as big as they are now. But now they don't even fill the sides halfway. The large side order is about the same amount as an individual was. The chicken pieces are also half the size than what they used to be. Tasted ok, but what a rip-off. Unfortunately, there's only this KFC around this area and I suppose they know it so they don't care. Paid over $31 for three and none of us were full. If I could give a Zero I would.
Awful food! Beware eating food from here. My family got a bucket and sides from here and got food poisoning from it.We called to ask them if the refrigeration was working because the cole slaw tasted sooooooo rotten. The manager seemed very uninterested in our conversation and not concerned about what we were telling them. The chicken was bad, the sides were nasty and old. Never going back. Do not eat here.
I am not sure which was worse, the food or the customer service at this restaurant. I have ordered freshly cooked chicken multiple times and each time it has been old, tough, and overcooked. This experience was the worst by far, and today will be my last visit. I want to warn others that if they are looking for a good meal, they should not visit this location. In what reality does FORCING customers to come INSIDE for online orders make any sense at all? If orders placed via the drive thru can be handed out the window, why are customers seeking to minimize their COVID exposure risks not able to pick orders up with the same consideration? It will be NEVER before KFC gets another dime of my money!
I have not been to a KFC for about eight months, and I will never go again. The chicken was dry and over cooked, and the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese had no flavor. $37.00 for an eight piece meal, I expected much better, I actually expected the food to taste good.
ordered by uber, 1/3 of the order missing in a sealed pocket. the driver has not made himself definitiw, kfc was lazy and has not filled two simple comb dishes properly, now they say to repair it, I must come to the restaurant. total waste of money and bad experience.
We love the family combos. We use the delivery service or drive-thru because the store is closed inside still. Our food is always fresh and hot. The Wixom location is the only one we visit. Service is always friendly. Great job! Thank you Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
wrong order as usual, missing big mac and cheese, huh was old and dry. this KFC location is completely unpredictable, makes it wonder where is to take corrective action.
