The chicken was excessively greasy, lacking any crispiness and served cold and soggy. Even after spending $55 at the restaurant, we did not receive any sauce, despite our request. The mashed potatoes were acceptable, but it was obvious they had been frozen.
Hi, my name is Jordan, and I really miss the KFC in Port Chester. Why did they close it? The staff there was fantastic, and the chicken was delicious. It’s a shame that some of the customers contributed to its closure—what a disappointment!

The staff member was not a fan of the register system, but the rest of the employees greeted us with cheerful smiles and brightened our day regardless.
I was quite disappointed with my experience. The chicken tasted old and was served cold, and to top it off, the biscuit was as hard as a rock.
