I think I was kicked out of the drive thru. I am severely hearing impaired and I went to the Taco Bell drive thru. I was having trouble hearing so I asked the person to speak up. After asking four times I pulled thru to order at the window. The person at the window was not happy with me decided to shame me. I was told, if it 's not too much trouble could I just come inside and order . I said it was too much trouble because I had my dogs with me. At no time did she attempt to speakup. Chicken sandwich, superb and fast! Clean restaurant with hard working fast staff. Review from the author of 'The Reckoning of Rance ' and another titled the 'Last of the Knowers. Both in select stores or for your internet search. Give them a try and give yourself a treat of using this spot for your chicken and etc. craving!
This KFC is so busy! It's my go-to for lunch and dinner. One of the 3-piece dinners can feed me all day. Staff is very friendly and they know what they're doing. Regardless of how long the line is they get the order right for me every single time. I do recommend KFC Taco Bell in Artesia.
I waited at the counter for 4 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged my presence. I decided to leave and went to Wendy's instead. It's disappointing when a business is not willing to provide adequate service. Overall, the service and atmosphere were both rated a 1.
