My partner and I were driving along when we decided to stop at a fast food restaurant. The woman on the intercom told us she would be with us shortly, which was fine. However, when she came back to take our order, I changed my mind quickly. She was rude, asking if we were finished or if we needed anything else. Being pregnant, I really wanted KFC. My partner stepped in and politely asked a question before I could, but we were already put off. We let her know we were disappointed with the customer service and drove away. They serve you day old chicken here. This place is a giant health code violation and the worst part is..They do not care. You call them and they hang up on you. I know we're all short staffed right now but this is unacceptable. I dropped the chicken on the table and it was as hard as a rock. The Grizzle just fell off truly disgusting. Do not eat here. You may be able to fool some people but some people have worked in the industry and know what horrible things/lazy/ disgusting short cuts they're doing here.
Dude seemed hurried even tho they weren't busy. And denied my dad to add on something to his order even tho a sign said add this item, right before we got to the window, so he was but they didn't let him. Idk it was dumb to have that there then tell us no add ons and we have to all the way around again, order was wrong too unfortunately...sorry
Awful service. The combo shows 2 side and a biscuit. They didn't add the biscuit without letting the customer know that the productis not available. When asked about the second side and the biscuit they got mad and were very rude with the customer. Apparently we customers should be grateful for the FREE biscuits when they have them.

good coworkers and I order online so that the chicken fresh it is not on the basket when I go to get it, because of the shortage of coworkers but they work quickly to put it together. my thanks to all staff in this invite for jogging so much and still the management be friendly and pleasant
I went inside to order thankfully, the stench of the place was unbearable, looking around the place was absolutely filthy. I'm glad I went in, I doubt anything coming out of that place is safe to eat. I never saw any employees, it should be closed by the health department.
The service at the drive-thru was extremely slow. They got our order wrong three times. It took us about 30-40 minutes just to wait for our food, only to receive the wrong order and have to wait again. The food was rated 4 out of 5.
The food was good, but I find it very inappropriate that the staff at this restaurant make fun of or purposely mispronounce customer names.

Heh, very small pieces. Hard and dried. tocuits so hard could not eat. Fountain drinking was great for the 9 dollar spent. don't go back.
I had the chicken sandwich spicy that did not eat as much spicy as the one I had in the colorado blvd kfc. So it made the sandwich dry.
