If negative stars were an option I would give it -5. I got in line at the drive through at 6:23 with one car in front of me at the speaker and 2 cars ahead of her. I didn't hear with the car in front of me ordered however I heard her total was six dollars and some change so it couldn't of been a huge order. I got up to the speaker and I was told that they would be back with me they just needed a few minutes to catch up. I sat at that speaker for approximately 15 minutes before they even took my order. And then waited in line for at least another 15 minutes before I got to the window and I was still waiting for my food. I thought that maybe they were just shorthanded so I was trying to be pat...
THE WORST SERVICE!!!. Stood at the counter for 8 minutes at 5:30pm. NO ONE even acknowledged me. Yet the drive thru kept operating. I finally left. But I decided to give them one more chance the following week. SAME THING. Only this time there was another customer in front of me who NEVER got acknowledged, either. We both stood there for 9 minutes before I finally left. I could've gotten in my car drove thru to place my order, since once again ONLY the drive thru was operating a 5:30pm prime dinner time!!!!!! NEVER GO BACK
The staff was quite busy during my visit. I ordered online for the first time, and the process went smoothly. However, when I picked up my order, they forgot the fries I had requested and I had to choose a different side instead. I took away one star because of this oversight. This is the second time I've been to a KFC and they've run out of fries, while I've never encountered this issue with wedges. I hope next time everything will be available!
i've gone to this kfc multiple times and every time i go the service is awful and they always mess up my order. it took 3 different people to actually take my full order and in the end i didn't even get what i paid for. i didn't get a receipt either. the popcorn chicken should just be called popcorn bread. absolutely no chicken was inside. needless to say i will not be coming back. and worst of all they forgot my sauce too.

Nasty nasty service and food. The manager and asst manger has the worst attitude. I bought $70 dollars worth of food and the chicken was not cooked all the way. I attentemted to get assistance and they did not care it was The night crew. Management from day shift or corporate needs to help this crew. They had a line going out to the street and still moved slow to assist customers
This location is extremely disappointing! The staff member there always seems unhappy, and the customer service is lacking. They consistently get your order wrong. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.
Great location, great service, food Was fresh and warm. Came quick and Still reasonable price. The original chicken Is the best and the cole slaw. Will definitely Be back.
I really don't understand why you eliminated the discount for veterans. Also, I've noticed that you keep forgetting to include my spoons and utensils every time I visit.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered baked beans got green beans instead. Didn't realize it was wrong until I got home. Other than that. Chicken was good
They took 25 mins to get through the 2 customers in front of me and forgot a 1/3 of my order.
