Teays Valley has always been my favorite KFC, but it has taken a turn for the worse since a new manager took over—at least, that's what she claims to be. The experience has gone downhill; she is incredibly rude, and her assistant is even more disrespectful. I had an issue after I received a thigh and leg instead of the breast I ordered, and when I raised my concerns, he tried to lie to me, saying that was what I had ordered.
