A few years ago, KFC was managed really well. On several occasions, they even threw in extra food if the wait was longer than expected. I appreciated those gestures and remained a loyal customer because of them. Unfortunately, things have declined. About a year ago, I came in with a coupon for a meal, but instead of letting me choose my side, they rudely insisted it had to be cole slaw. I don’t mind cole slaw, but it’s not my favorite, and it feels restrictive to force a polarizing side instead of options like potato wedges or mac and cheese. After a few more times of receiving the wrong side or sauce, I stopped going altogether.
Upon arrival, the first things that stand out are the poor parking maintenance and the lack of customers, which should raise some concerns. Where do I even start? Out of my last 50 orders, I've only received the cookie that comes with the meal twice, and I've only gotten utensils about 20 times. I often find myself going to lunch without a fork or spoon, which is quite amusing when I'm trying to eat a famous bowl with just the lid! Additionally, the staff at the drive-thru during weekday lunches don’t seem particularly skilled at their jobs, and they don’t make much of an effort to conceal it.
The restroom was unpleasantly dirty, and I noticed several customers leaving because the cashier was too busy chatting in the back to take any orders. Our order was incomplete, and when we asked for honey, it appeared to be a hassle for him; he just threw it over the counter instead of passing it to us politely. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I don’t plan to come back.

One unfortunate individual was managing the entire restaurant on a Saturday night. The food wasn’t fresh, and I ended up having to throw away the chicken. They locked the dining room doors at 4:30 PM and turned away anyone who tried to come in through the side door, claiming they couldn’t dine in. This place really needs some assistance because it has seriously declined.
I tried to eat at this restaurant and pulled into the drive-thru, noticing I was the only car there, although three others were parked. A staff member came on the intercom and told me it would take some time to take my order. When I asked how long "some time" would be, they said it would be at least 10 minutes. This was during lunchtime! What on earth?!
I would recommend avoiding this KFC location. The food was terrible and the staff were rude. It’s clear they’re not interested in serving customers properly. Just across the street, Burgerim offers excellent chicken!
The chicken sandwich was barely warm, only one pickle. The staff seemed more interested in goofing then serving us. Should have known because at 4:45 pm we were the only ones there !

I placed a delivery order 30 minutes before closing, and they spent the whole time preparing it only to cancel it at the very last moment.
second time I ordered from here. I used uber eats both times. this time I got food poisoning. never ordering from here ever again.
