A few years ago, this restaurant was under excellent management. They would often go the extra mile, even providing additional food if a meal seemed to be taking too long. I appreciated this level of service and became a loyal customer. Unfortunately, my experience has changed for the worse. About a year ago, I visited with a meal voucher, but when I tried to choose a side dish, the staff rudely insisted that it had to be coleslaw. While I have nothing against coleslaw, I'm not a fan, and it seems like an odd choice to mandate compared to options like potato wedges or mac and cheese. After a few more incidents where I received the wrong side or sauce, I ultimately decided to stop going altog...
A few years ago they were under great management. On a couple occasions they would even include extra food if it seemed like the wait had been too long. I appreciate things like that, and was a loyal customer because of it. It's pretty bad now. Abouta year ago I walked in with a coupon for a meal, but instead of allowing me to choose a side, they rudely refused, and said ithad to be cole slaw. Nothing against cole slaw, but I'm not a fan of it, and it seems like a polarizing side dish to mandate -compared to potato wedges, mac and cheese, etc., After a couple more instances of them either giving me the wrong side, or thewrong sauce, I've stopped going altogether.
Upon arriving, the first things you'll notice are the lack of parking maintenance and customers, which should serve as a red flag. Where do I even begin? Out of my last 50 orders, I only received the cookie that comes with the meal twice, and I’ve only gotten utensils about 20 times. I often find myself going to lunch without a fork or spoon. It's quite amusing to try to eat a famous bowl with just the lid! Additionally, the staff working the drive-thru during weekday lunchtimes may not be the best at their jobs, and they certainly don't try to hide it.
I decided to give this KFC another chance after the last bad experience there. Bad decesion.I ordered the 8 piece dark meat and out of the 8 pieces they gave me 2 were chicken breasts and 2 were wings which are white meat and no drumsticks. Drumsticks are my favorite, and is the main reason I get the 8 piece dark meat. How did they mess that order up? They work at KFC you would figure they know Chicken breast and wings are white meat. The bathroom was dirty, and several customers walked out because the person at the register was too preoccupied with chatting in the back to take any orders. Our order was incomplete, and when we requested honey, it seemed to be an inconvenience for him; he tossed it over the counter instead of handing it to us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.
I attempted to dine at this restaurant and drove into the drive-thru. I was the only vehicle there, while three cars were parked. Someone came on the intercom and informed me that it would take some time before they could take my order. When I asked how long "a while" meant, they told me it would be at least 10 minutes. During lunchtime! What on earth???
One unfortunate guy was running the entire restaurant on a Saturday night. The food wasn't fresh, and I had to throw the chicken away. They locked the dining room doors at 4:30 PM and turned away anyone who came in through the side door, saying they couldn't dine in. This place really needs some help because it's seriously gone downhill.
Basically just stay away from this location. Horrible food, rude employees. It's very apparent they don't want people to come because they would have to do there job. Went across the street and burgerim has amazing chicken! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
