I ordered a bucket chicken by drive thru. I ask if I can have the extra crispy chicken and the person that I was talking to the speaker said they don’t have the crispy chicken. So I asked again for the 2nd and 3rd time if they don’t sell crispy chicken anymore or are they out of stock. Then she was on a silent for 10 seconds and looks like she don’t know what to answer and then she said “I am going to ask and double check”. I went through the drive thru on Saturday, March 4 and the service was so bad that I didn’t even stop at the window. First, I pulled in and there was a vehicle as the speaker. Took a long time to get their order placed. Then it was my turn and that’s when it got worse. Put my order for a 3-piece meal with gravy and when I was asked original recipe or extra crispy, I said extra. Then I was asked to wait a minute. I presumed she lady on the other end was seeing if it was available. Then she comes back and gave me the greeting once again asking for me to wait a minute again. Ordered 2 4 piece meals last night. For $33 I’m sorry but I expected a freakin meal. A 6yr old could eat more fries then what I got, plus they were cold, and our 4 pieces were so small, I got 2 wings in my pk, my salad was 2 spoonfuls. If prices are going to be outrageous, you should get a decent freakin meal. I’ll never order again from these guys. Extremely disappointed!
Garbage location. Doesn't answer their phone. Refuses to honor province wide coupons. Chooses to specifically exclude plant based option from their coupons, discriminating against the people who would rather have that as an option. Bought a ten piece chicken meal and the food was atrocious! Some chicken pieces were not cook fully, it was pink in color. The gravy was something else to be desire. No flavor just blah. The salad was old tasting also. KFC has gone down hill drastically in the past few years. Lets say wont be ordering from your company again.
Picked up 18 piece chicken bucket about 1.5 hours ago VERY disappointed with the chicken . Very little coating on it absolutely no flavour . 4 of us did not want more than one piece . Tasteless !!!! Says KFC on the sign!!! Can’t be for this the absolute worst chicken ever!!!
Popcorn chicken bowl......... gave me 3 hearty scoops of mashed potatoes, 4 pop corn chicken peices and 11 corn kernels with a tablespoon of gravy and a pinch of cheese..........
