The service at KFC was extremely disappointing. It’s frustrating when the staff seems annoyed about having to prepare fresh chicken. Adding extra sides doesn’t make up for poor service. Although the chicken was cooked, this didn’t feel like good customer service. I much prefer the KFC on Hammer near Kelly Drive. It seems like anyone can get hired at this location. I rarely write reviews, but the staff’s rudeness was unacceptable. I didn’t even catch the name of the woman who served me because she wasn’t worth my time. I strongly do not recommend this place; it’s obvious some employees would rather not be there, despite being paid to do their jobs. They really need to fix these problems!
