my man tried to call this place and could not come through the phone line was busy as if it had been taken from the hook. when we showed up and wanted to order the 8 pieces family fill up for $20.00, and when she told me the sum, it was $38.64! I told her that it wasn't right and when she called the so-called man over her, he said it was only for online orders! let me tell them that it didn't say anything about it for online orders on their menu. Obviously he didn't want to honor her special on her menu! we will not be back to this place or another place for this occasion! because they put special offers on their menu and not online orders only! it is not so hard and does not take so long to...
Went through drive thur Gentleman very nice. I order a 4 piece with mash potatoes and a biscuit, added mac and cheese. Came to 15.41. Got home took out the box and my meal fell out through the bottom of the box, landed on the floor. Biscuit was crumbled. Mash potatoes and gravy, and mac and cheese containers opened up, my chicken skin came off and chicken was just coming off the bone. Was so upset. I called them 7 to 8 times first two times seem like I got hung up on, the other 5 times just busy. Gave an option to text so I did. Still no response. I call again tomorrow see how it goes.
When we first walked in all we smelt was sewer and it was very humid. The smell of rotten eggs disappeared bcuz we got used to the smell. Food wasn’t bad and the employees were friendly.. the interior was ok wasn’t to dirty. 2 employees were smoking outside when we were leaving, felt like they should of been inside cleaning instead of standing around outside but they are entitled to breaks. Hope the cook changed his gloves and plastic apron upon returning to work and washed their hands.. didn’t look to appealing from a customers point of view.

If I was to rate stars I?ll give it 0 stars. I Went today for dinner 12/5/22 9:25pm for there famous chicken bowl and was told they didn?t have mash potatoes! I mean it sucks because I was expecting to taste that chicken bowl but not mad because at the end of the day they didn?t win my money and went across to McDonald?s????
So last time i ate here i got food poisoning from the Nashville hot tenders, so i decided to take a break from them. That was a few months ago, now lastnight I picked up a family meal we all ate and in the middle of the night we're struck by food poisoning again. Idk what yall got going on but that was the last time for me.
This place has biased and disrespectful employees. One of my favorite spots to hit because my girlfriend loves this place. Never again. Didn?t leave zero stars only because it won?t let me. Didn?t even get my full order.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. I would give it a perfect 5 out of 5!

They were very pleasant but they didn't has any brand of sweetener and forgot to include plastic ware.
Chicken famous bowl is so good. I love the biscuits. Friendly customer service.
