I didn’t order the mashed potatoes, but they were included, and they were disgusting—way too salty. The French fries were old and had a terrible oily taste. I rarely write reviews, but I genuinely regret visiting this KFC location. It's upsetting to spend my hard-earned money on food that was so disappointing. Avoid this store at all costs, or you will definitely remember the bad experience. Buying from this KFC was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made!
I was both inside the car major, they are usually clean have a friendly group of staff, also helpful. Tried ordering an 8 piece all white meat bucket and they stated they had none. i then tried to order a bucket of tenders no tenders. So the chicken place had no chicken except a couple wings and legs. Apparently like everything else in Pine Bluff they ran away! Also tried to order online but all white meat option is not available!
I used to dine here frequently as a child. However, I later came to feel, as a Black person, that it was difficult to enjoy eating at a restaurant that uses an antebellum Confederate Army colonel as its logo. Black people helped make this company prosperous. Am I the only one whose appetite is affected by such blatant racism?
The person in the window had a bad attitude. We were the only vehicle in the drive thru when we made our order. She told us not to come all the way to the window and she would let us know when to move forward. We didn't have a big order and it took them a long time. Don't go here.
