There were only three people on site: a cook I never saw, a young Black woman in training, and a young Black man with braids who seemed to be running the operation. The young man was multitasking impressively, moving between the window and the front register, managing multiple orders, which included online orders as well. I want to express my appreciation for your kind and courteous staff. However, I need to address an issue I experienced with the cooking of your chicken and biscuits. Last week, I purchased a bucket of chicken along with sides of coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and biscuits, and I was quite disappointed with the quality of the chicken and biscuits.
To start with the chicken, every piece seemed to have been cooked in old, brown oil. When I tried to serve the chicken, the skin was so soft that it fell apart easily. It appears that your frying oil hasn't been changed in a very long time, and I want to remind you that old oil can become rancid.

I encountered the rudest staff I've ever come across at this restaurant. I placed an order in the drive-thru for four meals, and when I reached the window, the attendant only mentioned two Pepsis. I corrected her, explaining that there should be four. As I was listing my order, she abruptly shut the window and called over another employee. After explaining the situation, I found out they had missed one of my meals. Mistakes happen, and that's no big deal. Terrible experience. The staff was very unprofessional, and my food arrived cold. When I walked in, no one greeted me. A high school girl was standing there with AirPods in, completely ignoring customers (no name tag to even identify her). After waiting patiently, I had to ask if she was ready to take my order. She responded with attitude, took my order, then I waited another 8 minutes for my food—despite nothing needing to be cooked. This used to be a reliable location, but this visit was disappointing. I won’t let this affect my generally positive KFC experiences elsewhere, but I recommend avoiding this spot. No wonder the Popeyes next door is always busy while this place struggles.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The corn was overcooked and looked like it had been sitting out for too long. To make matters worse, the customer service was quite rude. An older lady at the window closed it before I could even ask for condiments, even after I called out to her. Once the window was shut, she informed me that they didn’t have honey or hot sauce! There’s no need for rudeness; if you’re unhappy with your job, maybe it’s time to find something else. This was around 1 PM today. The chicken lacked any crispness and seemed as if it had been reheated in the microwave—the skin was soft and gummy. Overall, it was a waste of $7.
Concerning the food, Colonel Sanders would probably be turning in his grave over how his recipes have been altered. The service is about what you would expect for the price, and the company is known for its poor treatment of employees—a fact that is widely recognized and understood. When you visit the restaurant, it often feels nearly deserted, which I think says a lot about the overall atmosphere.
The staff told us that buying a 12-piece bucket was cheaper than getting two $10 meals from 5 Chicken Breeders, so we agreed. However, they ended up giving us regular roasted chicken instead. It wasn’t cheaper at all—in fact, the price doubled to $60, and we didn’t receive any drinks that were supposed to be included.
I waited over 45 minutes for chicken breast but never received it. The chicken tenders were dry, and the biscuits weren't properly cooked. This was, without a doubt, the worst KFC experience I've ever had.
